We are pleased to announce our forthcoming merger with Yamato Transport (HK) Ltd. and Yamato Payment Service (HK) Ltd. The merger is scheduled to take place officially in June 2016. The combined companies will go forward together under a new Company Name.

Through the merger, the three companies will seek to maximize its “Last One Mile” feature and strengthen “One Stop” service by further concentrating on the logistics business resources.

All our contacts and bank information remain unchanged except new bank account name will be changed to “Yamato Logistics (HK) Ltd.”. We will start using new company name on all documentation for Air and Ocean shipment like Air waybill, Bill of Lading and Debit note etc effective from July 1, 2016.
